Get Ready for Some Golf!

It is time for our 2020 Annual Golf Classic on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Prairie Landing in West Chicago.

This outing will be our one big fundraiser this year, and we are counting on you to help make it a huge success. Please show your support by helping us raise funds for children and adults with severe visual impairments who participate in our visual rehabilitation programs.

The format is an 18-hole shamble. You can think of a shamble as a scramble off the tee and then regular stroke play into the hole.

If you are not a golfer, plan to attend our reception at the end of the day. If you are unable to attend, I urge you to consider a sponsorship, becoming a hole sponsor or making a donation. Our sponsorships provide benefits that will increase your visibility in the community!

We will be honoring Ed Farmer for his over 15 years of support of our mission. We will also be joined by White Sox HOF Hawk Harrelson and Broadcaster Darrin Jackson; you are sure to enjoy their informative and entertaining presentation about baseball. Your donation for our Golf Classic empowers children and adults with vision loss to remain independent and have hope for the future. As a non-profit, 65% of our funding comes from donations and grants, this pandemic year more than ever we need your support to continue to enable our patients to reach their visual potential and achieve their dreams.
