The Gala might be over, but the need remains! Limited vision can mean limited learning for students—but we know it doesn’t have to! Our Seeing is Believing in-school outreach program helps children with low vision, grades K-12, all throughout Illinois receive diagnostic services and optical devices completely free of charge. They receive magnifiers, telescopes, high-powered reading glasses, specialized sunwear and sports glasses – all the things that are needed so students can participate in classroom and school activities.
You still have an opportunity to give to our children’s program and help the team at Spectrios make a grand impact on children with low vision get the tools and resources they need to help navigate their educational journey.
